I went to collect a parcel. Opening times 8.30am till 6.30pm.When I had walked up the canal from sudden , the place was closed. New opening times were stuck to the glass doors. Only open now 8am til 10am and then 4pm til 6pmI was bloody annoyed and not the weather to be out all day till 4pm to go back

Old male at the desk needs to be put on other duties. Took 1 hour to be served. Management need to do something or I will be contacting head office
