Price they tell you/show you at front and price they charge at the end are two different things.

I walked there today on a sidewalk and i got sprayed by soap, detergent .. Will write to council about it, your car wash is just next to the sidewalk, do i really need to be splashed by your soap when i am enjoying walk on a sidewalk? Of course not, its rude, incosiderate and ilegal..
