Went to return a parcel and they didn't know how to do it. Made me waste my time when I had walked 20 mins and told me to go to another shop.

I went in for a tin of dog food which was priced at 0.89p. when I got to the till to pay the cashier scanned it and told me it was 0.99p. Even though I showed them that it was priced lower they held me to the price it had scanned at, even though legally it should have been the price which was stated on the shelf.I know... read full comment

Rude staff my step son got something from the shop he thought was 20p the man scanned it came 29p my step son said he would get something else . The man said how about you get home and the right money. My step son has special needs there is no need to speak to some one like thar
