Great staff and service in branches. Shocking online account system that doesn't work and when you eventually get through to accounts they cannot answer questions or give you advice, you just sit in their queue for hours on end.Expectations are lacking from a corporate retailer that should be much more customer focussed.

Went in with a part with difficult to source spares. Came out with a fantastic (and cheap) solution. Now my favourite plumbing spares shop.
