Why only open 4 hours a day and with no excuses given. Queue was a long one by time it opened and took a long time to sort out a simple Transaction. Service in banks has become steadily poorer over the last few years. Usually good service, but why is this branch closed again on the Saturday. It's 3rd Saturday when I needed to sort something out. I understand it's a difficult time but people still need banks open.
