Gorgeous service from this branch of Clarks today. I’d booked a fitting for our two little ones and the lady was very attentive and enthusiastic without overwhelming them. She was also very thorough in checking the shoes fitted well, even asking a colleague for a second opinion. Both were brilliant with the kids overall... read full comment

I was dealt with by a member of staff called Holly and she was extremely rude. I caught her staring up and down at us from the moment we entered. She had a terrible attitude towards me and my children. Won't be going there again!
