Ignorant people, no care for laws of the country. Abused my animal due to lack of medical knowledge on them. Incapable inspectorates and even less capable staff on the call centre. If anyone has tresspassing issues with the RSPCA I'd suggest reporting them to the police.

This is a wonderful shop for a worthwhile charity supporting animals. They are always very appreciative of donations of items to sell in the shops. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. Tracy on the Radcliffe shop is excellent. The shops sell a huge range of items at great prices and there are some real bargains... read full comment
