For a number of weeks I had been trying to request a repeat prescription from my doctors. Absolutely brilliant service for myself and my daughter from the ear clinic. We dealt with knowledge, caring staff who explained the whole process, and we were able to see before and after images so we could be confident the blockage was clear.
