I took some Amazon items to return, with some trepidation after reading recent reviews, although I've been before and all's been well.. The lovely lady there served me very efficiently. Awful customer service ... evertime I have been in, the woman is rude and everything seems to be to much trouble for her!! Don't like the job, do something else! Won't be returning

Womans hard work, make their own rules and opening times up and the scales need calibrating! I used the main one up the road for a more cheerful and trustworthy experience
