Not very polite customer service, especially older lady is not very nice and she will not advise you with anything. She would probably prefer not to talk at all.

It should be shutdown immediately. Pathetic service. Post Office counter lady generated a dummy number for my mail to DVLA. I send my originals and now I'm not sure where's my BRP and License? I call them twice, poor chap (owner) don't even know how to track a mail.

Not liking the new unfriendly woman at the counter. I agree with the other reviews about the dirty looks and the overcharging. She’s just seems like an unpleasant person inside and out, to be frank.I have been coming here for years. Much prefer Susan and the tall bloke, both of whom used to work there.
