Popped in on the off chance they could help, the silicone covers on my glasses arm had split meaning the metal was rubbing against my head and ear. I was literally in there 10 minutes tops, replacement covers were fitted, all with a smile and fabulous service, I really can't thank you enough!

I'm genuinely shocked at my most recent experience here.Everything at my eye test appointment and selecting my glasses was great, really really happy with the service.I came to collect my glasses and the woman who was fitting my glasses was quite rude and didn't seem to understand what was going on.After the second time...
