The worse phone service going ? just sends you round in circles. No diffinetive answering to a person. So sad you can't actually speak to someone

What a ridiculous service. I work Monday to Friday so I am not home for deliveries so I wanted to arrange collection from Hamilton street office. However, it is only open from 8am to 10am and 4pm to 6pm. As a working person how am I supposed to collect my parcel. I can only get there in my lunch hour and I can’t get there... read full comment

Went pick up my parcel to no space in the carpark had park last space on the main road had no double yellows.As I was driving find a space a royal mail person appeared from one of the cars, now the staff use the customer carpark to park there cars great idea royal mail!!Where are we meant to park to pick up parcels.Guy... read full comment
