Sharing my experience today 10th January. First time been here needed few things the minutes enter this place staff was helpful asked for customer car park he showed me then the yard staff helped me to find my items also a lady looks like manager approached me if I need help, as well as lady on the till asked other staff...

Called at 4.40 to say Im 3 minutes away told me they close at 5.. get here gates closed called again they told me we close gates at 4.45… why not tell me in the first place just wasting my time.
