Went to return a shark as it has a 5 year warranty, woman on counter was awful, rude, unhelpful, just wanted us gone,, we had to contact shark directly because they were so unhelpful. Won't be buying from herr again

I find the staff pretty useless, the management a shambles, they reject orders you make online without reason, they shut down services when it's inconvenient like refusing returns over Xmas.
