I always get ignored and have to shout to get noticed ... I appreciate how busy the staff are but just a "Hi! Won't be a minute . . " would make things so much pleasant.I only use Well Pharmacy for the convenience of it being close to my home.Apologies for the negative feedback, a couple of the ladies are fantastic ....

Agree entirely with Richard - no notifications and left without insulin for a dangerously long time. I gather that this is not the fault of the (much reduced) staff in the shop as repeat prescriptions are apparently now made up at a central "hub". That's as may be but the passive aggressive manner of the counter staff doesn't...
