I’ve just been in to put on a bet and was refused service by the manageress as I wasn’t wearing a mask. After showing my inhaler I was rudely told ‘well I’ve got asthma an I can wear a mask’I was humiliated in front of a shop full of customers and made to feel ashamed of my condition.
