They never answer the phone, they send text messages that the medicines are ready for collection and you still have to wait half an hour, they write that they open at 9 and at 9-10

I've been a customer of Well Cemist since it opened on Church St there's sometimes the odd hiccup but staff are always brilliant and helpful

Never answer fone staff got attitude problem never have meds ready when they no it was supposed to be collected day before it's worst chemist ever and Iv put a complaint in with the NHS and the head office cos they need investigation
