The order of the shop was shocking, sat down with a bald man with glasses who didn’t even look up to say hi, was so blunt and rude when talking about upgrading my phone, and had really poor customer service skills when trying to help get a good deal. Had no enthusiasm to keep a customer like myself on the network at all.
