friendly , pleasant helpful staff , nothing too much trouble . enquiry and transaction handled extremely efficiently and was able to charge my phone and have a complimentary coffee. great way to do financial business even if it was only enough to make sure my council tax is paid . everyone will get treated the same

Second time I have been in this branch- very nice staff however the set up in this particular branch is a bit off seems more like a cafe with young girls on their phones and giggling which is fine but I was in getting large amounts of money out which seemed to bewilder the staff and there is no security in here? the girl... read full comment

Is this a bank or a coffee shop? Plenty of staff stood by on laptops looking busy, but only one person actually dealing with customers.What’s the point in having such a large space? If no banking is actually happening? This will be gone this time next year
