Terrible service. Staff prefers talking to each other about night outs than helping customers with quarries. Cash ran out of counter at 14:45 and been told to come back tomorrow and try your luck

Amazing service by Bisma @ longsight Tsb branch. Had difficulties initially opening a new account, attended the longsight branch, met Bisma who guided me through the whole application very patiently. ( as my IT skills are not the best application took longer then it should have, so yes thank you Bisma !!!)

I’m new to TSB and this is one in Longsight is my local bank and the only one left standing in this area and it’s always busy never enough staff and they are closed on Saturdays which I find crazy, most of the time I just want to deposit money but even to do that it’s so long.
