Had a brilliant experience at TSB by one of the staff member called Jayshiri. Opened my son's under 19s acc and made him feel important and involved. Explained everything to him and answered his queries. He said she was fab

Lack of counter service has made my banking experience far more difficult than it needs to be. I am disabled so being forced to use the ATM's is unacceptable. TSB recently closed my local branch and as there is no post office near me I'm stuck having to travel into the city centre just to withdraw cash. I like many others... read full comment

Having had a nightmare trying to get back to online banking,i called into the Manchester branch where i was greeted by Gerri who was absolutely amazing \\u0026 sorted the problem out.\\nGreat job many thanks .Gerri deserves promotion .
