The staff was not friendly; my mum didn’t know how to use the card machine and accidentally pressed the cancel button, and the staff roll his eyes.

We both ordered pad thai which I’ve eaten many times in many places, including in Thailand. This tasted like tinned spaghetti in tomato sauce with cold belly pork thrown on the top. It was vile.
