Booked months ago got there it was a disability room ,Asked to changed to be told it was fully booked when I could clearly see 3 empty rooms facing ,And were still empty in the morning!!room was lovely and clean but please be ware that there is a lot of addicts all standing about worse at night and shall we say ladies of... read full comment

This hotel is right in the middle of Manchester. You cannot get a better location. The rooms are big and immaculately clean. The staff are lovely and our breakfast was excellent.... All being cooked fresh and the buffet being topped up ... Highly
