I went into the Cross street branch today to get 3 small keys cut.I am well aware of James and his business approach - Timpson's was the obvious choice for my needs.The staff member was grumpy and rude, cut me three small keys having said little to nothing and then charged me £27 for 30 seconds work.I had assumed that...

Fixed the battery in my watch and offered me a lifelong guarantee which was a bit pricey
