Very poor customer service, non attentive staff who will quite happily ignore you while you wait at the checkout, this is not a criticism of the Works but of the staff who were "working" there.

Some really good bargains as usual but the service was very poor. We visited a few weeks ago. Me and my wife stood for a good 4-5 minutes waiting to be served as two members of staff chatted away.
