It's a wetherspoons. It's fine, bit of a different vibe to other spoons in manchester because it's in an old house. Cheap drinks and decent food.

A very elegant historical grand building which almost gives the impression it could have appeared in a film or television period drama. This very busy pub is rather curious with small dining rooms all over the place on the ground floor and a large open dining area upstairs. Now I love the spoons but this place has terrible grumpy staff obviously doing this as a part time job whilst at Uni. The grumpy miss behind the bar was awful and the prices hiked higher as you are in Manchester ! Nah we won’t be back awful place waste of a great historical building
The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee.
