From the people behind Manchester Union Brewery, Trof, and Wandering Palate, we’ll be serving hot chicken, cold beer, and a lot more besides. With a focus on local produce, we’ll be open dawn til dusk for breakfast, lunches, post-work pints, and picking up provisions, with our rotisserie ovens slow cooking throughout.
