Travelled over an hour to find this shop after googling it for The Trafford Centre, only to be told it went 3 months ago.Why can't they update people to save them a wasted journey?

Thieves. Took my new pen back months ago that needed to be serviced as it was not writing properly. Since calling to tell me they had received it back, I have had numerous stories from them about why I have not received it and they are now not replying. I am having to take legal action to get a refund. Stay away from these... read full comment
