The tables had crumbs and leftover food on them, as did the seats. The menus were sticky.
Food arrived cold after a long wait and on a dirty plate.

Lots of staff all ignoring customers ! Sauce all over tables, although they were Laid out, and we got seated at a unclean table. Customers asked to sit in private aareas as on dates and told no areas closed ! All crammed together and not enjoyable ! TGI’s was always one of my favourite places to eat growing up, however the cleanliness at the Trafford centre venue is horrific, seats full of food, cutlery dirty and toilets weren’t even fit for purpose.
