Visited today and was blown away by the customer service given by Andy on the produce section. He was so polite and eager to help, and went above and beyond my expectations! The staff are always so friendly and happy to chat to you whilst serving you quickly. I've been going for years and everyone has always been very professional, friendly and approachable even when they seem busy. I hope a Tesco manager reads this and treats all the Burnage staff to a great Christmas bonus!
