My daughter collected my prescription for me two days after I received a text to say it was ready for collection, (with missing item) to be arrogantly be told," next time, wait for the text! They have neither daily necessaries such as eye ointment nor GP-prescribed ones such as antibiotics. They seem not to worry about to replenishing the stocks

Last 6 prescriptions have not been scanned to the system to send the text for collection. Extremely poor and dangerous. This has led to running out of medication.
