Ordered on ubereats and food never come and was being delivered by store. 1 half hours before they closed we ordered, after chasing it up uber gave us the refund.

I recently visited your store and ordered a pepperoni footlong. Unfortunately, I found that it wasn’t properly cooked. One sandwich was undercooked, and the other was barely done. It felt like the staff might have been having an off day or weren’t fully attentive while preparing my order.
