Visited today customer service was horrible the person who server me was asking irrelevant things. Had to wait 10 min for him to come and serve me. Visited in afternoon.

Literally impossible to get served in there. Staff just sit in the back, waiting for 10 minutes and decided to go to Greggs instead. Probably the 4th or 5th time this has happened.
