Awful customer service. The male staff member who took my order was very aloof. I asked to scan my QR code on the mobile app and was met with nothing but standoffish attitude. "That's not paying, that's scanning". Didn't pass on my keep cup on for the coffee to be served in.
The manager here is always angry, yelling at staff and customers. why is she working here??
NOT a good experience visiting friend in hospital, not surprised she takes off her name tag.

The staff member dressed in all black working at 9:30am on 22nd August 2024 is very rude and aggressive to customers when trying to pick up their mobile orders. When speaking to her she got very heated and put her hand up in my face
