The staff are great. Really. Sadly, the food (some of which needs refrigerating) is left outside on the dirty floor for up to two hours before the shop opens (it is delivered long before the Manchester University cleaners arrive to clean up the cigarette ends, wee and sick from the previous nights revellers).
