Coffee is ok but the staff are really rude. Despite making it clear what you want, it’s often ignored. A complete lack of basic manners, and civility. I come here sometimes to work for a few hours or a morning coffee and the staff are always friendly and quick with service.
I wanted to say that Pietro is a great member of staff having recently seen a customer be extremely rude to him and handle what was said in a calm and professional manner.
