Not very good customer service . The actual optician was amazing! However upon arrival I thought the place was closed as main doors was locked . Came here today for an eye appointment. The optician was great but the other members of staff were quite rude and ignorant. I was left to walk around to find a pair of glasses (all of them was awful) and when I did pick a pair I waited over 15 minutes to be seen at the desk and no one was there.
