The old lady with glasses and white hair is beyond rude. Don’t think I’ve ever come across someone so miserable in my life. If you don’t wanna work at spar then go somewhere else and at least save the burden to customers that have to interact with you. I purposely now go out of my way to use other shops.

They are showing coffee price at £1.80 near the coffee machine but the till man charge me extra 25 pence for the coffee cup. Are we supposed to bring cup from home?
