one of the young employee's deleted my bond account and put all my savings into my current account when i only wanted to mature the bond account and keep it the same also i got no intrest from the 2 years had it and they wanted me to come back to the store in 2 weeks time to open another bond account> i have changed...

Called in to deposit some cash but there was a slight queue! However, a friendly staff member welcomed us and asked if she could be of assistance? We explained what we needed to do ? She said she'd show us how to use the " Cashpoint Machine" to make a deposit! Simple and straight forward procedure. Unfortunately we didn't...
