Not much to review considering I never get to exchange my money. I arrive after over an hours journey at 1. The bureau said it was closed until 2:20 so I begrudgingly entertain myself until then. I come back and it says it's closed until 10am tomorrow, I later find out that the attendant had to go for a "family emergency".... read full comment
