The owner/ manager comes across extremely obnoxious and isn’t pleasant at all upon entering, he potentially had a bad day, expected a lot better, but food was okay

Every time I’ve come here, it’s got worse. To start, they were out of ribs despite it only being 8pm. We got charged £40 for 4 wings and 6 prawns and the mains were poorly cooked even after the owner had to get Involved to get it out because the waiters got confused.
