Repeatedly shocking experiences with Manchester Royal Mail DO. Refused to deliver 4 parcels to my address over a period of a few months, instead opting to message saying they had attempted delivery (which they hadn't, as I was at home) and left a card (which they had not) to rearrange delivery. Took two weeks to be notified a parcel was being held there as to big for them to handle, but it got that far???!!
