I have never received such great customer service as I did today over the phone by Rebecca M. She was extremely helpeful, super polite and helped me find and reserved in store exactly what I needed. A huge thank you to her, she is an asset to your organisation. Thank you!

Terrible organisation in the sale section. Things rammed onto rails. I went in to have a look and found a beautiful dress. I try it on and it fits great am take it to the till to buy. One staff member shouted to another about wanting to go home early across the store before she came to the till. She clearly wasn’t well... read full comment
