I left my room to come back to an open window, mess in the loo, bed not made (just messed) and a dead fly in my shower. Manager couldn't talk so staff gave me a feedback QR card. How does that help me or make me feel safe

Reasonable value and centrally located in Manchester, close to Piccadilly station and The Gay Village. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Nice lobby with bar and restaurant. Early check-in as well for an extra £10. Oshane on the desk is a good laugh too.

Paid quite a lot for one night £190.00, no intercom or phone facility in rooms to call reception. Number given on the website didn't get answered even after on hold for 30+ mins twice had to inform about late check-in. Only one towel was proved for two people. Breakfast was Okish.
