Extremely rude to customers. There has been many comments of how rude the staff are on Facebook - Failsworth Matters group, since it was taken over. Many of these people say they now use the Post Office on Lord Lane instead, as they are extremely nice.

Truly Helpful Indded, I was seeking help in filling and taxing my new bought car and the Blond Lady( sorry don't have a name ) from there, was indeed very helpful and polite in my quest. All done fast and explained to me the entire process also.Highly Recommend
