One of staff was so rude, turn and go with no explanation.. I know at my 54 years old more about fish and fish tank, like their young and arrogant staff, first of all all my life I had fish tank, more like I have and grew up discus and angel fish.. but just live a customer with no care.. say enough for me to don't step...

Staff very helpful, patient and supportive. I needed some help and advice that appeared to be a bit tricky. A member of staff gave me a lot of attention, no to mention time, to go out of if her way and helped me out. Thank you. ?

Nothing special and exciting. Shelves and products dusty, lack of products, and very limited of choices. From year to year, all the Pets at Home shops are getting worse, shame and sad.
