Amazing store! I was visiting for my 21st and thought I’d treat myself, I was served by Stefan who was an absolute pleasure! They were so professional and kind! Felt very welcomed and comfortable in the store with them, will 100% go back next time I visit.

Waited to be served. Was in the store before a queue formed. I was then told to join the queue, I explained that I was already in the shop before the queue existed. Still asked to join the queue. Therefore, slow staff, unaware staff, ignorant staff. I knew what I wanted but left the shop and spent my money elsewhere.
