useless store and staff..... I called the store for 10 hours to ask something, literally no one answered the phone, I called 56 times....And when I went to the store they asked me for my ID which I didn't have, I told them to answer the phone when you call them, the manager left me and went to someone else - scandal

I was told to go to store to pick up my sim that had not come for 5 days and all I needed was my login password. Came to store and they ask for driving license or passport! Of course don’t have that, show them a photo of it, but not good enough. The manager there was incredibly unhelpful, stopped listening and walked... read full comment
