I went to Denton crown point New Look shop today on 24/12/2024. The lady she served us she charged us wrong price it was not matching with the label price I went to the till again and explain 2 items price are not matching with the label price. she add up all the prices again and find out one T-shirt was not scanned... read full comment

I visited this shop on Wednesday 11th September with a web return and was served by the rudest young woman I’ve ever seen. I asked if she’d help me as I find the process quite difficult she said no and had a shocking attitude , stood there rolling her eyes as though I was stupid. Neglects customers, workers are fine except the manager; vile person and doesn't do anything to help customers, maybe if you moved a little you'd be able to help customers about.
