Rude Asian woman talked down to me and was extremely unhelpful as of she couldn't be bothered to help and passed me to other members of staff who were equally useless. Glad I switched my banking elsewhere!

You are made to feel uncomfortable when you go to this bank the staff talk beside each other and look at each other then stare at me, this is highly unprofessional, two Asian members of staff aswell, this has happened on 3+ occasions and have never returned to my local bank since 2019
